004 | Christmas Day Down Under

004 | Christmas Day Down Under

I know Christmas Day is a while back but I still wanted to do a little post about the look I wore on Christmas Day in Sydney. I have so much to share and often my day job and travel get in the way of my timely delivery of what I would like to share with you guys. But little by little I will publish everything I planned.

Australia was… Incredible! It has never really been a place I thought much about but an old friend and my new found love for surfing were enough to convince me that Sydney was worth a visit.

Sydney as a city really amazed me. There is incredible nature everywhere such as the cliffs that stretch from Bondi to Clovelly, gigalactic plants, swarms of small colorful parrots as well as all the beaches of course! (700 of them to be precise)

So for Christmas day I wanted to look chic and embrace the spirit of the place I found myself in. After all we were going to the beach later that day so I needed to be ready for that.

I wore a blue and white striped shirt-dress by French Connection combined with sparkly plastic sandals (which are great for the beach) and a super colorful Paula Cademartori handbag, which always works as an eye catching add on for many outfits. The watch is from CLUSE, which is this new watch brand that’s all over Instagram these days. They are quite affordable and I really love their clean designs. Big bonus: the straps are interchangeable! Sunglasses are vintage, the same oldies but goodies I always wear.

Do you like the look?
